How to Use

1. Create an Invoice

Fill in business and client details

1Enter your business info — name, address, email, and phone. Basic+ users can upload a logo.
2Add client details — name, address, and email (email required for sending).
3Add line items — describe each product or service, set quantity and rate.
4Set tax and discount — apply percentage-based tax and discount to the subtotal.
5Download, save, or send — download PDF (all plans), save history (Basic+), or email to client (Basic+).

2. Branding (Basic+)

Customize with your brand colors and logo

Basic+ users can upload a business logo and choose an accent color for the invoice header, table headers, and totals. Your branding is embedded directly into the PDF download.
