Frequently asked questions

What happens when I upgrade?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period — not the full plan price. Your next renewal is billed at the new rate.

What happens when I downgrade?

Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period — you keep your existing plan and all active app slots until then. On your next renewal, your plan switches to the lower tier and any apps exceeding the new slot limit will be automatically deactivated, starting from the most recently activated.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — you keep all features and app slots you have paid for. After that, you are moved to the Free plan automatically. No refund is issued for the remaining days.

Can I use multiple devices or browsers?

Yes, but each plan has a concurrent session limit. Logging in on a new device when you are at your limit will sign out your oldest session.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and local payment methods through Paddle. Payments are processed securely.
