When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password. When you use our platform, we collect usage data — which tools you activate, how often you use them, and diagnostic logs to help us improve the service. We do not collect or store any data you process within the tools themselves unless you explicitly choose to save it to your account.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and send product updates (which you can opt out of). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Our use of information received from Google Sign-In adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Paddle handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or audit purposes.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. You can also request a full export of your data by contacting us at privacy@utilable.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We also use optional analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
We protect your information using industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you have questions about this policy, reach out to us at privacy@utilable.com.
