All payments on Utilable are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and payment disputes on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for that billing period. Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Refunds for renewal charges are not issued unless there was a technical error or unauthorized charge. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days remaining in a cancelled billing period unless the cancellation falls within the 30-day refund window from the original purchase.

To request a refund, email us at support@utilable.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@utilable.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
